Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow...

Just kidding! I don't really want it to snow at all. This is the closest I want to get to snow. :) This is a snowman I just finished up this morning. I've made about three of these now. So far my four year old hasn't said he wants him. So he might be mine. If he wants him though I'll probably give him to him. I made one for our (now) nine year old. He was about five when I made it for him. I know we still have it somewhere; but I think it might actually still be in storage (in Michigan...) :0 He never really played with it, but now that I made this one, I know it will be *his favorite toy in the world* or something.... :p Well that's my crochet for today. Hope you all are having a nice week.

Your snowman is really adorable, Tina! I love his pose, his big scarf and his candy cane.

I love your snowman. When I get my Christmas things out I'll take a picture of the snowman I made over 30 years ago. I used a teddy bear pattern and it was one of the first things I ever crocheted. I used felt for eyes but I had to use black and pink not the black and red I wanted. Couldn't afford to buy more felt. To this day my grown boys want to make sure I put that snowman out and I've been told never to change the pink eyes. I'll try and post a picture to my site in the next week or two. At grammysknots blog.
