Lime-Glazed Cookies

Yummy! I made these this afternoon. Last week I made a key lime pie (sorry, I forgot to take a picture) and I had some lime juice left over. So started looking for 'lime' recipes, and I found this recipe in the Martha Stewart 'Everyday Food' magazine. (July/Aug 2004 issue.) But, folks, don't go ordering a back copy just for this recipe, because you can find it here: Lime-Glazed Cookies :) They are really easy to make. If you decide to make them, I would love to see a picture of yours! Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks, Mimi. I'm glad I took a picture of them, there's only about five left. :( They're super easy to make. They don't use eggs, I noticed, either.

Except they don't taste like them! Hee Hee! I think I made pierogis once. I love to eat them! (My hubby and his family are Polish, so every time they/we get together, we go to a Polish American restaurant or have Polish food at Grandmas' house).... Potato pancakes, too. Mmmm! Now you're making me hungry!
