I Don't Think I Ever Posted About This..

I *may* have posted about the one on top. I don't feel like going to look, though... ;) I messed up on this one. I don't know if you can tell how I messed up. But I can.
I am actually quite pleased with how this one turned out, though. It's just all white WalMart bags. I don't think I will be crocheting with plastic bags for a while anymore, but just thought I'd share what I had finished.

It worth looking at again, Tina! I think you should keep those for yourself if you dont intend to make another one in a long time. Its such a good piece of art since its made from recycled plastic. And it looks chic too ;)

Well one I promised to my mom, the one I 'messed up' on. I let her pick which one she would want, and she choose that one. I think I might keep it. It's kind of hard working with the plastic so I don't know when I will want to do it again...

I'm finally catching up on blog reading. I missed alot in your blog. Isn't Mimi the best....she is so sweet...such cute things you got from her. And as for the redwork...Wow...I love doing redwork. check out this site
http://members.shaw.ca/shareski/freeredwork.htm

Every year she posts a new series of redwork patterns that you can make a quilt from at the end of the year. I've gotten most of them but just haven't made them all yet.

Hey! Thanks for the link, Lucy! I will check it out. I got a really cute tea pot pattern from online that I already have in a frame to do (someday... sigh...)
Thanks! :)

Love the handbags, Tina! I've never worked with the Walmart bags, though I think it is a great "recycling" idea. I'd love to take a tote made with them back to Walmart to do my shopping! ha ha!

I actually came over here from the Doily Swap at C'ville to see if by chance you posted a picture of your doily you completed. I'm not in the swap this year (trying to cut back) but still love to see what is made. Disappointed that people who are receiving their things (in various swaps) aren't posting pictures anymore on the particular forums. That's half the fun of the swaps, to go through the forums and look at the pictures!

But, alas, your picture isn't here. Then you might be leaving it off until your swap partner receives it. (grin) I can understand that! Don't want to ruin the surprise!

I, for one, can't wait to see it!
