I thought I would post about the squares I have made recently. For the Friendshipghan Square RAOK CAL (what a mouthful) at Crochetville. |
It was a bit of work. But I think it turned out okay. I hope she likes it. |

Have you seen, on Ravelry, the battery operated tea light cake? It looks similar to what you made, but there is an opening for the "flame". That would be SO CUTE for a 16th birthday.
I need t find some tea lights so I can make them for Birthday presents this year.
Looks like you're having fun exchanging squares, Tina ;) I love your handmade tags!
Cute box, isn't it for jewelry too? A girl can't have too many jewelries, so maybe you could put some in it ;)
I looked up the tea cake on Ravelry, Paula. It's SOOO cute! I need to find some of those lights, too.
Yes, Mimi I was thinking about putting a necklace or earrings in it, too. :) Thank you. I like the tags, too. I used to do squares, and try and round the corners. Then I thought of this. :)
Wonderful suggestion, Paula! Now I too would be on the lookout for those battery operated tea lights :)
