| This is our road~ flooded. Can you see the lake the SUV is driving through? Our yard was all smushy, you could feel yourself sinking a little in the mud. It was kind of scary there for a while. It's stopped raining for now. But it's been raining for about three days straight. They just showed on the news that a house went into the Virgin River in Mesquite, Nevada. Yikes! |

| Here's another view, closer to the road. All the water in the ditch, and you can see the small pond forming, just before that car. I guess they didn't prepare for lots of rain here in the desert... Not very good drainage in a lot of places. Roads will flood over (like this). Well I have to get dinner out of the oven. So... Til next time~~ :) |
